Akorela, in the development of its commercial activities, has designed its policy for the treatment of personal data, which reflects the principles and rules established in the General Data Protection Regulation in order to guarantee the right to habeas data of the holders of personal information.

This policy has been prepared in order to welcome us under self-regulatory parameters to a comprehensive process for all interactions we have with our users, regarding the processing of personal data that respects all the rights and guarantees regarding privacy of the owners on the that we process personal data.

Security of the information

In development of the security principle established in the current regulations, Akorela has adopted the necessary technical, human and administrative measures to provide security to the data avoiding its adulteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access. This includes encryption techniques and requesting secure keys for users.

Payment information

Akorela does not collect, store or process information related to your payment methods (for example: credit card numbers). To process the payment, Akorela partners with a global payment provider which collects, stores, and processes payment information. Please read and approve the policies of our payment provider before making the payment.

Log Files

Akorela follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
